If you're not satisfied with your first order, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of that order — even if the bottle is opened. We want you to try veravie with peace of mind.
How to request a refund or return
Email contact@veravie.us with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll confirm the next steps. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Conditions
- The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first order of a given product.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Return shipping costs (if a return is requested) are your responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account or by emailing us, before your next billing date — this stops all future charges. Orders that have already been billed and shipped are not automatically refunded, but your first order remains covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee above.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
Refund processing time
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
